We owe much to our fathers who as much as our mothers have given us a life to live and the means to live it in the best way possible. They are or have been there, behind every success and failure, behind each of our struggles, behind every rough patch or happy moment we go through. We take them for granted but they are/were always there to help by any means possible. Here’s to the rocks upon which families stand, the strong columns against which we may all rest and the mighty mountains which protect us from any harm and at which we all look with such fondness and respect. Last but not least here’s to the fallen fathers who did their utmost, until their last moments, to support and keep their families together. I therefore would like to wish a very happy father’s day not only to my father, my hero and role model, but to all fathers in the world, both new and experienced. Your efforts and struggles never go unnoticed.

Usually, to get hyped up before a workout, I quote the words of other people. From their stand point I try to glance at a path which may lead me to a destination where I would have attained my goals and subsequently look at myself and feel empowered. Being your self is the ultimate tool to lay down your own path instead of taking one which is overly used. So, I would like to lay one brick in my own path by spitting what ever is in my mind - “Fuck limits. fuck barriers.”
